We have our first official Sprint car signing. Shane Carson will be a part of the first Sprint Car set. It will be great having a Shane Carson card in the set.

Bill Davis Sr. will be part of the IMCA (type) modified set. Denny Rosenburg has also made it official.

Things have been a little quiet recently, but today, we picked up a couple of big commitments. The first one is for the sprint car set, and he's one of the legends in sprint cars. Often considered to be the original Outlaw and is on many peoples Mr. Rushmore of sprint car racing. Welcome Jan Opperman to your tabletop speedway.
The other name to announce is going to be part of a Late Model booster pack and a legend in Illinois Late Model history and a name known all over the country, Tony Izzo will be bringing his famous #66 car to battle the Legends of Iowa Late Model drivers. What if Tony Izzo would have made the trip west and ran with the Busch All-Star tour? You will be able to answer that.

Tommie Estes Jr has signed for the Sprint Car set. A couple of big announcements could come tomorrow though. Keep your fingers crossed and eyes here to see

We have 24 drivers for a modified set. There's a few more I would like to get, but if I haven't signed anymore drivers by the times I can get all the bios written, then the set will go to the printer. Here are the names that will be included:

We have added Richie Gustin and Benji LaCrosse to the set. Kelly Boen and Mark Noble might not be available as soon as the set comes out because they don't use computers, so I have to send the authorization forms in the mail and wait for them to send them back.

I've been a little behind on posting new signings, so here are the drivers signed so far for the sprint car set: Bob Kinser, Craig Dollansky, Jan Opperman, Shane Carson, Tim Green, Johnny Babb, Bud Kaeding, Danny Smith, Tommie Estes Jr, Jimmy Sills, Dick Gaines, Brent Marks and Steve Butler. I'm talking to a couple families about cards for drivers no longer with us, a couple of those could end up being special edition cards with a majority of the money going towards a foundation in the drivers name or a charity the driver was passionate about. Special edition cards would sell for $5 (shipping included), with $3 going to the charity.

I'm sorry to say that there won't be a Jason Johnson card in the game at this time. Bobbi said with the decision making on running with the WoO or High Limit, she's too busy to deal with this right now. I'm pretty sure we will get a Jason Johnson card at some point, but not with the first set.
In more exciting news, we have signed Brad Doty, Brady Bacon, Craig Dollansky, Dave Darland, Kerry Madsen and Brent Kaeding, bringing the total to 20 sprint car drivers (although, there's a couple of them that I would like to replace for now)

Tom Bigelow is the latest, and 22nd addition to the upcoming sprint car set.
